How checkout works

• Product prices and applicable flat-rate shipping are collected through secure checkout.
• One-of-a-kind artwork stays available until Stripe verifies a successful payment. The first successful payment secures it.
• If two payments for the same one-of-a-kind piece overlap, the later payment is flagged immediately for refund review and the artwork is fulfilled only once.
• Free pickup in Vancouver, BC, Canada will remain available.
• Artwork shipping is not included in checkout. It is personalized for the address and artwork size, avoiding one high flat price for both nearby and far-away customers.
• You approve the exact shipping quote before a separate payment is requested. If you decline it, the artwork purchase can be refunded.
• Stickers and 4 × 6 pet portraits use $3 CAD untracked shipping to Canada or the United States.
• 8.5 × 11 print shipping is $5 CAD to Canada or $6 CAD to the United States. Mixed orders use only the print-size rate.
• Bad Taste apparel and totes have tracked shipping for $28 CAD within Canada or $32 CAD to the United States, charged once per cart, or free local Vancouver, Canada pickup. When they ship with stickers or prints, the tracked Bad Taste rate replaces the smaller mail rate.
• Prints and pet portraits can instead be purchased as DIGITAL COPY ONLY at the same item price. No physical copy is mailed, no shipping is charged, and the file is delivered to the checkout email worldwide.
