Terms of Sale

Tianna Hall Art is the business and display name used for customer orders on this website. All listed prices are in Canadian dollars. Available original paintings and the sculpture Last Call are one-of-a-kind. A verified successful checkout marks the piece unavailable immediately. Small stickers are $5 CAD each or any three for $12 CAD, calculated automatically in the cart.

Custom robot commissions are inquiry-based and start at $150 CAD. The scope, materials, size, timing, final price, pickup, and shipping are agreed directly before a commission begins. Workshop registration follows the details and cancellation terms shown on the workshop page. Items marked Coming Soon cannot be purchased.

Shipping and Pickup Policy

Sticker orders have $3 CAD flat shipping within Canada. For original paintings and Last Call, choose either free Metrotown-area pickup or shipping quote required in the cart.

Artwork shipping is not included in the artwork price. If shipping is selected, Tianna finds a safe and affordable option after the artwork purchase and sends the quote for approval. A separate shipping payment is requested only after customer approval, and the artwork is not shipped until that payment is confirmed.

For local pickup, Tianna contacts the customer to arrange a time and shares the exact private pickup details after the order is confirmed. Customers should wait for that message before travelling.

Refund Policy

Original artwork is final sale. If original artwork arrives damaged during shipping, contact Tianna Hall Art with the order details and photos of the damage so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

If stickers arrive damaged or defective, or there is an error with the sticker order, contact Tianna Hall Art so a replacement or refund can be reviewed.

The existing shipping-quote exception still applies: if a customer does not accept the separate artwork shipping quote, they can contact Tianna Hall Art before paying the shipping request to discuss a refund of the artwork purchase. When a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method; the bank or card provider controls the final processing time.

Workshop refund windows and transfer terms are shown on each workshop page. For the Tiny Junk Robot Workshop pilot, refunds are available up to 7 days before class. After that, Tianna will try to transfer the seat if there is a waitlist.

Privacy Policy

Tianna Hall Art collects only the information needed to respond to messages, register workshop participants, process orders, arrange pickup or shipping, prevent duplicate sales, and keep required transaction records. This may include a name, email address, shipping address, order details, fulfillment choice, and customer messages.

Stripe handles payment-card information during checkout. Tianna Hall Art receives order and payment status information, but does not receive the full card number. Contact-form information is used to reply to the request. Marketing emails require separate, clear consent and include an unsubscribe option.

Personal information is not sold. It is shared only with services needed to operate the selected customer request, such as payment, form, email, or delivery providers, or where required by law. Reasonable safeguards are used, and information is kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose and legal or accounting requirements.
