Terms of Sale

Tianna Hall Art is the business and display name used for customer orders on this website. All listed prices are in Canadian dollars. Available original paintings and the sculpture Last Call are one-of-a-kind. Adding one to a cart or opening checkout does not hold it. The first verified successful payment marks the piece unavailable immediately. In the unlikely event that two payments overlap, the later payment is reviewed for a refund and the piece is fulfilled only once. Small stickers are $5 CAD each or any three for $12 CAD, calculated automatically in the cart.

Custom robot commissions are inquiry-based, with pricing by quote. The scope, materials, size, timing, final price, pickup, and shipping are agreed directly before a commission begins. Workshop registration follows the details and cancellation terms shown on the workshop page. Items marked Coming Soon cannot be purchased.

Prints and custom pet portraits may be purchased either as a physical item or as DIGITAL COPY ONLY at the same listed item price. A digital-only purchase includes no physical print or portrait. The file is delivered to the email address provided during secure checkout.

Bad Taste garments and limited totes are made to order in the artwork, garment, colour, and size selected by the customer. Regular T-shirts, crewnecks, and limited totes are scheduled to ship October 1, 2026. Acid-wash tees and cropped tees are scheduled to ship October 15, 2026. Orders containing an acid-wash tee or cropped tee ship together on the later date.

Shipping and Pickup Policy

Sticker orders and 4 × 6 pet portraits have $3 CAD untracked shipping to Canada or the United States. 8.5 × 11 print shipping is $5 CAD to Canada or $6 CAD to the United States. When these items are ordered together, only the print-size shipping rate is charged. For original paintings and Last Call, choose either free pickup in Vancouver, BC, Canada or shipping quote required in the cart.

Bad Taste apparel and totes can be collected through free local Vancouver, Canada pickup, shipped within Canada for a $28 CAD tracked rate, or shipped to the United States for a $32 CAD tracked rate. The applicable rate is charged once per cart. When shipped apparel is ordered with stickers or physical prints, the tracked apparel rate replaces the smaller mail rate. Tracking is emailed when the parcel is sent.

DIGITAL COPY ONLY print and pet portrait orders have no shipping charge and are available worldwide. No physical copy is mailed. Tianna Hall Art sends the digital file to the email address used at checkout, so customers should confirm that address is correct before paying.

Artwork shipping is not included in the artwork price or initial checkout. If shipping is selected, Tianna calculates a personalized quote for the customer’s address and the artwork’s size after purchase. This avoids charging every customer the same inflated flat rate when one address may be nearby and another much farther away. The exact quote is sent for approval, a separate shipping payment is requested only after customer approval, and the artwork is not shipped until that payment is confirmed.

For local pickup, Tianna contacts the customer to arrange a time and shares the exact private pickup details after the order is confirmed. Customers should wait for that message before travelling.

Refund Policy

Original artwork is final sale. If original artwork arrives damaged during shipping, contact Tianna Hall Art with the order details and photos of the damage so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

If stickers arrive damaged or defective, or there is an error with the sticker order, contact Tianna Hall Art so a replacement or refund can be reviewed.

Bad Taste apparel is made to order and is final sale. Refunds and size or colour exchanges are not available for a change of mind or an incorrect selection. If a garment arrives defective or Tianna Hall Art made an error with the order, contact Tianna with the order details and photos so the issue can be corrected.

The shipping-quote exception still applies: if a customer does not accept the separate artwork shipping quote, the artwork purchase can be refunded. The customer should contact Tianna Hall Art before paying the shipping request. When a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method; the bank or card provider controls the final processing time.

Privacy Policy

Tianna Hall Art collects only the information needed to respond to messages, register workshop participants, process orders, arrange pickup or shipping, prevent duplicate sales, and keep required transaction records. This may include a name, email address, shipping address, order details, fulfillment choice, customer messages, and pet reference photos uploaded for a custom portrait.

Stripe handles payment-card information during checkout. Tianna Hall Art receives order and payment status information, but does not receive the full card number. Contact-form information is used to reply to the request. Creative Club signups require separate, clear consent. Subscribers can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting Tianna Hall Art. Pet reference photos are stored privately with the related order request and are visible only in Tianna’s protected owner studio.

Personal information is not sold. It is shared only with services needed to operate the selected customer request, such as payment, form, email, or delivery providers, or where required by law. Reasonable safeguards are used, and information is kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose and legal or accounting requirements.
