A few practical things about buying art, shipping stickers, registering for workshops, and showing up even if you have not made art in years.
Do I need art experience for workshops?
Nope. Truly. If you can show up curious and willing to make something a little weird, you are qualified.
How do I buy original artwork?
Add an available original painting or Last Call to your cart and pay for the artwork through checkout. Choose free Metrotown-area pickup or shipping quote required. If you choose shipping, Tianna sends a separate quote after purchase. You approve the quote before a separate shipping payment is requested, and the artwork purchase can be refunded if you do not accept it.
How much is sticker shipping?
Small stickers have $3 CAD flat shipping within Canada. The $3 shipping charge is added once per sticker order, while the $5-each or any-three-for-$12 pricing is calculated automatically.
How does free local pickup work?
Choose free Metrotown-area pickup in the cart for an original painting or Last Call. After the order is confirmed, Tianna contacts you to arrange a time and shares the exact private pickup details. Please wait for that message before travelling.
What if I do not accept the artwork shipping quote?
The quote is sent for your approval before any separate shipping charge. If you decide not to accept it, contact Tianna Hall Art before paying the shipping request to discuss the artwork refund.
What is the return and damage policy?
Original artwork is final sale. If original artwork arrives damaged during shipping, contact Tianna Hall Art with your order details and photos so the issue can be reviewed and resolved. If stickers arrive damaged or defective, or there is an order error, contact Tianna Hall Art for a replacement or refund review. The separate artwork shipping-quote refund exception still applies if you do not accept the quote.
Are prints available?
Not yet. Prints are clearly marked Coming Soon and do not have purchase controls.
Can I book a private workshop or community art night?
Probably. Send a note with your group size, rough date, location, and what kind of creative chaos you are hoping for.
What happens after I register for a workshop?
Tianna emails your confirmation, payment instructions, the exact private address, and anything else you need to know before class.
How do custom robot commissions work?
Custom handmade found-object robots start at $150 CAD. Use Request a Custom Robot to tell Tianna what you have in mind. Size, materials, timing, final price, pickup, and shipping are agreed with you before the commission begins.
Are the tiny junk robots safe for kids?
This pilot workshop is for adults 19+ only because it uses small found parts and glue. Future kid-friendly versions might happen.
