If you choose shipping, Tianna calculates the quote for your address and the artwork’s size after purchase, you approve it, and only then is a separate shipping payment requested. If you decline the quote, the artwork purchase can be refunded.

Small stickers and physical 4 × 6 pet portraits have $3 CAD untracked shipping to Canada or the United States. If an order also includes a physical 8.5 × 11 print, only the larger print-size shipping rate is charged. Pet portraits can instead be ordered as DIGITAL COPY ONLY with no physical portrait or shipping and delivered to the checkout email worldwide. Sticker pricing of $5 each or any three for $12 is calculated automatically.

Choose free pickup in Vancouver, BC, Canada in the cart for an original painting or Last Call. After the order is confirmed, Tianna contacts you to arrange a time and shares the exact private pickup details. Please wait for that message before travelling.

The quote is personalized for your address and the artwork’s size so a nearby customer is not charged the same inflated flat rate as someone much farther away. It is sent for your approval before any separate shipping payment is requested. If you decline it, contact Tianna Hall Art before paying the shipping request and the artwork purchase can be refunded.

Original artwork is final sale. If original artwork arrives damaged during shipping, contact Tianna Hall Art with your order details and photos so the issue can be reviewed and resolved. If stickers arrive damaged or defective, or there is an order error, contact Tianna Hall Art for a replacement or refund review. The separate artwork shipping-quote refund exception still applies if you do not accept the quote.

Tianna Hall Art prints are $15 CAD each. Choose a physical 8.5 × 11-inch cardstock print with $5 CAD untracked shipping to Canada or $6 CAD to the United States, or choose DIGITAL COPY ONLY with no physical print or shipping. Digital files are delivered to the checkout email and are available worldwide.
